[150] For whomever unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) arise, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arisen for him?
Yes.
Or rather, for whomever indeterminate phenomena have arisen, do unwholesome phenomena arise for him?
For all beings at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of the mind (citta), at the moment of arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of a mind dissociated from the unwholesome (akusala-vippayutta-citta), for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpanna), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for these, indeterminate phenomena have arisen, but unwholesome phenomena do not arise for them. At the moment of arising of unwholesome phenomena, for these, indeterminate phenomena have arisen and unwholesome phenomena arise.
