[149] "For whomever wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) are arising, have indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arisen for him?"
"Yes."
"Or else: for whomever indeterminate phenomena have arisen, are wholesome phenomena arising for him?"
"For all [beings] at the moment of the dissolution of mind (citta), at the moment of the arising of a mind dissociated from the wholesome, for those who have attained cessation (nirodhasamāpanna), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) — for them indeterminate phenomena have arisen, but wholesome phenomena are not arising for them. At the moment of the arising of wholesome [phenomena], for them both indeterminate phenomena have arisen and wholesome phenomena are arising."
