[192] For whomever unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) cease, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) cease for that one?
In the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), at the moment of dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of the unwholesome, for those [beings] unwholesome phenomena cease, but indeterminate phenomena do not cease for them. In the five-constituent [existence] (pañcavokāra), at the moment of dissolution of the unwholesome, for those [beings] both unwholesome phenomena cease and indeterminate phenomena cease.
Or rather, for whomever indeterminate phenomena cease, do unwholesome phenomena cease for that one?
For all who are passing away, and, in the course of existence (pavatti), at the moment of dissolution of a mind (citta) dissociated from the unwholesome, for those [beings] indeterminate phenomena cease, but unwholesome phenomena do not cease for them. In the five-constituent [existence], at the moment of dissolution of the unwholesome, for those [beings] both indeterminate phenomena cease and unwholesome phenomena cease.
