[205] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) do not cease, do unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) not cease for that one there?
At the moment of the dissolution (bhaṅgakkhaṇa) of the unwholesome, wholesome phenomena do not cease for those [beings] there, but it is not the case that unwholesome phenomena do not cease for them there. For all [beings] at the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of mind (citta), at the moment of the dissolution of a mind dissociated from the wholesome and dissociated from the unwholesome, and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), wholesome phenomena do not cease for them there, and unwholesome phenomena do not cease.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena do not cease, do wholesome phenomena not cease for that one there?
At the moment of the dissolution of the wholesome, unwholesome phenomena do not cease for those [beings] there, but it is not the case that wholesome phenomena do not cease for them there.
