[230] For whomever, wherever, wholesome phenomena (kusalā dhammā) will cease, will unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) cease for that one there?
At the moment of the arising (uppādakkhaṇa) of the highest path (aggamagga), and for those who will obtain the highest path in immediate succession to whichever mind (citta) — for these, there, wholesome phenomena will cease, but unwholesome phenomena will not cease for them there. For the others — those of four constituents (catuvokāra) and those of five constituents (pañcavokāra) — for these, there, both wholesome phenomena will cease and unwholesome phenomena will cease.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena will cease, will wholesome phenomena cease for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
