[477] Is what is not mental happiness (somanassa) not a faculty (indriya)? Setting aside mental happiness, the remaining faculties are not mental happiness but are faculties; setting aside both mental happiness and the faculties, the remaining are neither mental happiness nor faculties. Is what is not a faculty not the eye faculty (cakkhundriya)? Yes. … Is what is not mental happiness not a faculty?
