Or else, for whomever the mind faculty arises, does the femininity faculty arise for that one?
As those endowed with mind (sacittaka) who are not women are being reborn, the mind faculty arises for them, but the femininity faculty does not arise for them; as women are being reborn, for them both the mind faculty arises and the femininity faculty arises.
