[536] Where the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) arises, does the femininity faculty (itthindriya) … does the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) arise there?
In the form sphere (rūpāvacara), the eye faculty arises there, but the masculinity faculty does not arise there. In the sensual sphere (kāmāvacara), there both the eye faculty arises and the masculinity faculty arises.
Or rather, where the masculinity faculty arises, does the eye faculty arise there?
Yes (āmantā).
