Or rather, where the equanimity faculty arises, does the eye faculty arise there?
In the immaterial (arūpa) [plane], the equanimity faculty arises there, but the eye faculty does not arise there; in the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [plane], both the equanimity faculty arises there and the eye faculty arises there.
