[626] For whomever the femininity faculty (itthindriya) does not arise, does the faith faculty (saddhindriya) not arise for that one?
For non-females (na-itthī) with roots (sahetuka) who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the faith faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for non-females without roots (ahetuka) who are being reborn, for them both the femininity faculty does not arise and the faith faculty does not arise.
Or rather, for whomever the faith faculty does not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one?
For females without roots who are being reborn, the faith faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the femininity faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for non-females without roots who are being reborn, for them both the faith faculty does not arise and the femininity faculty does not arise.
