[693] For whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty (itthindriya) does not arise, does the life faculty (jīvitindriya) not arise for that one there?
For those who are not women, while they are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them there, but it is not the case that the life faculty does not arise for them there. For all who are passing away, both the femininity faculty does not arise and the life faculty does not arise for them there.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, the life faculty does not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one there?
