For non-females who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the life faculty does not arise for them; for all who are passing away, both the femininity faculty does not arise for them and the life faculty does not arise.
Or rather, for whomever the life faculty does not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one?
