[606] For whomever the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) does not arise, does the femininity faculty (itthindriya) not arise for that one?
For eyeless females who are being reborn, the eye faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the femininity faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for eyeless non-females who are being reborn, for them the eye faculty does not arise, and the femininity faculty does not arise.
Or rather, for whomever the femininity faculty does not arise, does the eye faculty not arise for that one?
For non-females with eyes who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the eye faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for non-females without eyes who are being reborn, for them the femininity faculty does not arise, and the eye faculty does not arise.
