[607] For whomever the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) does not arise, does the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) not arise for that one?
For eyeless males who are being reborn, the eye faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the masculinity faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for eyeless non-males who are being reborn, for them both the eye faculty does not arise and the masculinity faculty does not arise.
Or rather, for whomever the masculinity faculty does not arise, does the eye faculty not arise for that one?
For non-males with eyes who are being reborn, the masculinity faculty does not arise for them, but it is not the case that the eye faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for non-males without eyes who are being reborn, for them both the masculinity faculty does not arise and the eye faculty does not arise.
