[622] For whomever the femininity faculty (itthindriya) does not arise, does the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) not arise for that one?
For males who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them, yet it is not the case that the masculinity faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for those who are neither female nor male who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them and the masculinity faculty does not arise for them.
Or else, for whomever the masculinity faculty does not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one?
For females who are being reborn, the masculinity faculty does not arise for them, yet it is not the case that the femininity faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for those who are neither male nor female who are being reborn, the masculinity faculty does not arise for them and the femininity faculty does not arise for them.
