[628] For whomever the femininity faculty (itthindriya) does not arise, does the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for that one?
For those who are not female, possessed of mind (sacittaka), who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them, yet it is not the case that the mind faculty does not arise for them. For all who are passing away, and for the mindless (acittaka) who are being reborn, the femininity faculty does not arise for them and the mind faculty does not arise.
Or else, for whomever the mind faculty does not arise, does the femininity faculty not arise for that one? — Yes (āmantā).
