In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the nose-faculty did not arise there, but it is not the case that the mind-faculty did not arise there. Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), both the nose-faculty did not arise there and the mind-faculty did not arise there.
Or where the mind-faculty did not arise, did the nose-faculty not arise there?
