Cakkhundarīya

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 948

[948] For whomever the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) will not arise, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for him? Those who, having been reborn in the fine-material sphere (rūpāvacara) or the immaterial sphere (arūpāvacara), will attain final Nibbāna, and those women who, having manifested some number of existences in that same state (bhāva), will attain final Nibbāna — for them the masculinity faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that the mind faculty will not arise for them. As for those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), for them both the masculinity faculty will not arise and the mind faculty will not arise. Or, for whomever the mind faculty will not arise, will the masculinity faculty not arise for him? Yes (āmantā).
