[933] For whom the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) will not arise, will the faith faculty (saddhindriya) … the wisdom faculty (paññindriya), the mind faculty (manindriya) not arise for him?
Those who, having been reborn in the formless realm (arūpa), will attain final Nibbāna — for them the eye faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that the mind faculty will not arise for them. For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), both the eye faculty will not arise and the mind faculty will not arise.
Or, for whom the mind faculty will not arise, will the eye faculty not arise for him?
