Or else, where the masculinity faculty will not arise, will the eye faculty not arise there?
In the form sphere (rūpāvacara), there the masculinity faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that there the eye faculty will not arise. Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta) and in the formless (arūpa), there both the masculinity faculty will not arise and the eye faculty will not arise.
