[982] For whomever, wherever, the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) will not arise, will the femininity faculty (itthindriya) not arise for that one there?
Yes.
Or else, for whomever, wherever, the femininity faculty will not arise, will the eye faculty not arise for that one there?
For form-sphere beings (rūpāvacara), and for those males who, in that very state, having manifested some number of existences, will attain final Nibbāna — for them, there, the femininity faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that, for them, there, the eye faculty will not arise. For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in five-constituent existence (pañcavokāra), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa) — for them, there, both the femininity faculty will not arise and the eye faculty will not arise.
