[1304] For whomever, wherever, the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) has not arisen, will the masculinity faculty (purisindriya) not arise for that one there?

For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), for beings of the form sphere (rūpāvacara), and for those women who, having appeared in some number of existences in that very state, will attain final Nibbāna: for them, there, the masculinity faculty will not arise, but it is not the case that the eye faculty has not arisen for them there. For beings of the Pure Abodes (suddhāvāsa), for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), and for formless beings (arūpa): for them, there, the masculinity faculty will not arise, and the eye faculty has not arisen.
