[1086] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) associated (sampayutta) with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā), a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling arises by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya) — dependent on one aggregate (khandha) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, two aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates, one aggregate [arises]; [the aggregates arise dependent on] the base (vatthu) by dissociation condition.
