[1086] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) associated (sampayutta) with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā), a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling arises by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya) — dependent on one aggregate (khandha) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, two aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates, one aggregate [arises]; [the aggregates arise dependent on] the base (vatthu) by dissociation condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one aggregate associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, two aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates, one aggregate [arises]; [the aggregates arise dependent on] the base by dissociation condition. Abridged (saṅkhittaṃ). By presence condition (atthi-paccaya), by absence condition (natthi-paccaya), by disappearance condition (vigata-paccaya), by non-disappearance condition (avigata-paccaya).
