[1100] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā), there arises a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, not by absorption condition (na jhāna-paccayā):
Dependent on one aggregate (khandha) accompanied by eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa), two aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates, one aggregate arises.
