[1182] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with pleasant feeling (sukhā vedanā) is a condition, by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon associated with painful feeling (dukkhā vedanā). Asynchronous (nānākhaṇika): volition (cetanā) associated with pleasant feeling is a condition, by kamma condition, for the resultant (vipāka) aggregates (khandhā) associated with painful feeling.
