[1160] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with painful feeling (dukkhā vedanā) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā) by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya). Body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa) accompanied by pain is a condition for the resultant mind-element (vipāka-manodhātu) by immediacy condition. Aggregates (khandhā) associated with painful feeling are a condition for emergence (vuṭṭhāna) associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling by immediacy condition.
