[1255] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither a result nor productive of result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), there arises a phenomenon that is neither a result nor productive of result, by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya): Dependent on one aggregate (khandha) that is neither a result nor productive of result, three aggregates [arise]; [dependent on] one primary element (mahābhūta) … external … nutriment-originated … temperature-originated … for the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), [dependent on] one primary element. Dependent on a phenomenon that is neither a result nor productive of result, there arises a phenomenon that is a result (vipāka), by mutuality condition: At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the base (vatthu), the resultant aggregates [arise].
