[1329] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither resultant nor productive of result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result arises by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya):
Conditioned by one aggregate (khandha) that is neither resultant nor productive of result, three aggregates arise; conditioned by two aggregates, two aggregates; conditioned by one primary element (mahābhūta), three primary elements; external …; nutriment-originated …; temperature-originated …; for non-percipient beings (asaññasatta): conditioned by one primary element, three primary elements; conditioned by two primary elements, two primary elements; conditioned by the base (vatthu), the aggregates that are neither resultant nor productive of result arise.
Conditioned by a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result, a resultant phenomenon (vipāka) arises by mutuality condition:
Conditioned by the eye base (cakkhāyatana), eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa) arises … conditioned by the body base (kāyāyatana), body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa); conditioned by the base, the resultant aggregates arise; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), conditioned by the base, the resultant aggregates arise.
