[1314] Dependent on a resultant (vipāka) phenomenon and a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), a resultant phenomenon arises through root condition (hetu-paccaya):
Dependent on one resultant aggregate (khandha) and the base (vatthu), three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates and the base, two aggregates arise. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one resultant aggregate and the base, three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates and the base, two aggregates arise.
Dependent on a resultant phenomenon and a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result, a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result arises through root condition:
Dependent on the resultant aggregates and the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arises. At the moment of rebirth-linking, dependent on the resultant aggregates and the primary elements, kamma-born form (kaṭattārūpa) arises.
