[1396] A phenomenon that has results as its nature (vipākadhammadhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon that has results as its nature by way of association condition (sampayutta-paccaya).
A phenomenon that is neither a result (vipāka) nor has results as its nature (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon that is neither a result nor has results as its nature by way of association condition. … Two aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for two aggregates by way of association condition.
