[1433] With the root condition (hetu-paccaya), nine [cases (vāra)]; with the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), three; with the predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), five; with the proximity condition (anantara-paccaya), three; with the contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya), three; with the conascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), nine; with the mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya), three; with the dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya), nine; with the decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), three; with the prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya), three; with the repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), two; with the kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), nine; with the result condition (vipāka-paccaya), nine; with the nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya), nine; with the faculty condition (indriya-paccaya), nine; with the jhāna condition (jhāna-paccaya), nine; with the path condition (magga-paccaya), nine; with the association condition (sampayutta-paccaya), three; with the dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya), nine; with the presence condition (atthi-paccaya), nine; with the absence condition (natthi-paccaya), three; with the disappearance condition (vigata-paccaya), three; with the non-disappearance condition (avigata-paccaya), nine. As the enumeration of the dependence chapter (paṭicca-gaṇanā) in the wholesome triad (kusalattika) was counted by the method of recitation (sajjhāya-magga), so should it be counted [here].
