[1458] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya), a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) arises by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): conditioned by the base (vatthu), aggregates (khandhā) that are not clung-to but subject to clinging [arise].
