[1569] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) and a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) are a condition for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging by way of nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya).
Edible nutriment (kabaḷiṅkāra āhāra) that is clung-to and subject to clinging and edible nutriment that is not clung-to but subject to clinging are a condition for the body that is clung-to and subject to clinging by way of nutriment condition.
