[1597] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent, prenascent, postnascent.
Conascent (sahajāta): aggregates (khandhā) that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by dissociation condition.
Prenascent (purejāta): the base (vatthu) is a condition for aggregates that are not clung-to but subject to clinging by dissociation condition.
Postnascent (pacchājāta): aggregates that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition for this prenascent body that is not clung-to but subject to clinging by dissociation condition.
