[1603] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung-to (anupādinna) and not subject to clinging (anupādāniya) is a condition, by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is clung-to (upādinna) and subject to clinging (upādāniya).
Postnascent (pacchājāta): aggregates (khandhā) that are not clung-to and not subject to clinging are a condition, by dissociation condition, for this prenascent (purejāta) body that is clung-to and subject to clinging.
