[257] With a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) as condition, a wholesome phenomenon arises through immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya) … through contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya) … As with the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), so it should be elaborated.
