Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (2) · Vol. 41 · Section 1005

[1005] A phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) — these phenomena (dhammā) are a condition for a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by seeing by way of object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); are a condition by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); are a condition by way of decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya). Here the connascent (sahajāta) and the prenascent (purejāta) occur mixed together; it should be done according to the text (Pāḷi); as for the enumeration, one should count after careful consideration.
