[1118] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading to dispersal (apacayagāmī) … for a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmi-nāpacayagāmī): object decisive-support (ārammaṇūpanissaya), proximity decisive-support (anantarūpanissaya), natural decisive-support (pakatūpanissaya).
Natural decisive-support: an Arahant (arahā), in dependence on the path (magga), produces the unarisen functional attainment (kiriya-samāpatti) and enters upon the one that has arisen … is a condition, by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), for skill in the possible and the impossible (ṭhānāṭhāna-kosalla). The path is a condition, by decisive-support condition, for the attainment of fruition (phala-samāpatti).
