[1249] A neither-trainee-nor-non-trainee phenomenon (nevasekkhanāsekkho dhammo) is a condition for a trainee (sekkha) phenomenon by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). Object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati): Nibbāna is a condition for the path (magga), for the fruition (phala) of the trainee, by predominance condition.
