[1890] An unarisen phenomenon (dhamma) is a condition for an arisen phenomenon by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
Unarisen form … sound, odor, taste, tangible object … one contemplates with insight unarisen aggregates (khandha) as impermanent, as suffering (dukkha), as non-self … grief (domanassa) arises.
Unarisen aggregates are a condition, by object condition, for the knowledge of supernormal power (iddhividha-ñāṇa), for the knowledge encompassing the minds of others (cetopariya-ñāṇa), for the knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), and for adverting (āvajjana).
