[2206] An invisible-and-impinging phenomenon (anidassana-sappaṭigha dhamma) is a condition for an invisible-and-non-impinging phenomenon (anidassana-appaṭigha dhamma) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
The eye … the body, sounds, odours, tastes … tangible objects, as impermanent … grief arises.
One hears a sound with the divine ear element (dibbā sotadhātu).
The sound base (saddāyatana) is a condition for ear-consciousness (sotaviññāṇa), the tangible-object base (phoṭṭhabbāyatana) for body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa); invisible-and-impinging aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for knowledge of supernormal powers (iddhividha-ñāṇa), for knowledge of the recollection of past lives (pubbenivāsānussati-ñāṇa), for knowledge of the future (anāgataṃsa-ñāṇa), and for adverting (āvajjana), by object condition.
