[208] A phenomenon (dhamma) without thought-conception and with only discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) is a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya). The aggregates (khandhā) without thought-conception and with only discursive thought are a condition for discursive thought (vicāra) and for forms originated by mind (citta-samuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by connascence condition.
