[222] Phenomena (dhammā) that are without thought-conception (vitakka), with mere discursive thought (vicāra), together with phenomena that are without thought-conception and without discursive thought, are a condition for a phenomenon that is without thought-conception and without discursive thought, by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya). The aggregates (khandhā) that are without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought, together with discursive thought, are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by connascence condition. The aggregates that are without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought, together with the primary elements (mahābhūtā), are a condition for mind-originated forms.
