[418] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), and a phenomenon that is without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) are a condition for a phenomenon that is without thought-conception and without discursive thought by presence condition (atthi-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), prenascent (purejāta), postnascent (pacchājāta), nutriment (āhāra), faculty (indriya).
Conascent: the aggregates (khandhā) that are without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought, and discursive thought (vicāra) are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by presence condition.
