[2080] An internal phenomenon (ajjhatto dhammo) is a condition for an external phenomenon (bahiddhā dhamma) by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya). Object predominance (ārammaṇādhipati): another person, having esteemed the internal eye … the base … the internal aggregates (khandhā), relishes and delights in them; having esteemed that, lust (rāga) arises, wrong view (diṭṭhi) arises.
