[2131] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with an internal object (ajjhattārammaṇa), a phenomenon with an internal object arises by not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) with an internal object, three aggregates arise; two aggregates … ; at the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on one aggregate with an internal object, two aggregates … ; dependent on the aggregates accompanied by (sahagata) doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), there arises the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
