[2132] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with an external object (bahiddhārammaṇa), a phenomenon with an external object arises by non-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya): Dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) with an external object, three aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi); delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), [arises] dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
