[216] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) are a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought by way of connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya). At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), one aggregate with thought-conception and discursive thought and the base (vatthu) are a condition for three aggregates by way of connascence condition; two aggregates and the base are a condition for two aggregates by way of connascence condition.
