[253] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra), and a phenomenon without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought, are a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya). That is, one aggregate (khandha) with thought-conception and discursive thought, and thought-conception, are a condition for three aggregates by mutuality condition; two aggregates and thought-conception are a condition for two aggregates by mutuality condition.
