[253] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra), and a phenomenon without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought, are a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya).
