[254] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception (vitakka) and discursive thought (vicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception, with mere discursive thought, are a condition for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the aggregates (khandhā) with thought-conception and discursive thought, and thought-conception, are a condition for the base (vatthu) by mutuality condition.
